Booking & Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a 100% charge of the booked service.

To keep things fair and supportive, the full amount charged will be credited to your account and can be used toward any of the beautiful organic retail products of your choice.
